Ok, youll have to see my preious post but my nigger work sent me another request for vaxxination. While i asked if it was mandatory I fucked up and asked for religious exemption. Here are the questions and the answers i plan to submit. I gotta say I cant help but feel boned because this job is in the medical industry and while I dont make much ($38/hour) and now Im more than likely going to be fired because some senile old pedophile nigger is ramping the way for some NWO and there are no other jobs around here that will want to pay that.

If can just give their opinions on the questions and answers Id really appreciate it.

Q: please identify your sincerely held religious belief, praftice and/or observance for which you seek an accomodation: A: My religious beliefs and practices are private and I do not talk about them publicaly. Q:please specify the work rule or job requirement that you believe conflicts with religious belief, practice or observance? A: vaxxine mandate, invasive swB testing (big brain thinking here) Q: specifically describle the conflict between your religious belief, observance or practice and the work rule or requirement at issue. A:This question is highly intrusive to my religious beliefs but I can tell you the vaxxine interferes with them. Q: identify any accomodations that you feel could be taken to resolve the conflict you have described, while still allowing you to perform all essential functions and keep you and all others equally safe. Please be as specific as possible A: granted an religious exemption to continue working Q: if above accomodation cannot be granted, describe an alternative accomodation you feel would be equally affective at allowing you to observe your sincerely held religious beliefs, while at the same time allowing you to perform all essential functions of your job and keep all those in the workplace equally safe as the rule or exemption you seek an exemption. A: ive worked here since the pandemic started and current rules and regulations have kept myself, other employees and customers safe Q: identify the time period for which accomdation is requested for example ocassionally, time period frequency A: all the time Q: Additional comments: A: my religious beliefs have been private and never discussed privately or openly at work before. All guidelines have been followed to keep myself and other coworkers safe. No person on this earth can tell me my belief system(s) are 'moral feelings' Q: since the age of 18 have you received any vaccination? A: no Q:Additional info: A: i do not discuss my private religious beliefs nor my private medical history.

From there is says some bullsgit about how they may need a letter or someone to discuss this with another authority. I put no comment

It's a trap. Don't answer most of these questions. They have no right to ask you these things. They are fishing for answers which they will then use to deny you acommodation. They have no legitimate reason to ask these questions. They can only ask questions for the purpose of figuring out how to accommodate you. What the fuck does "since the age of 18 have you received any vaccination?" have to do with your acommodation? Not a fucking thing. A religious belief does not have to be consistently observed or logical. The act of asking these question shows their intent is to harass you and discriminate against you based on your religious beliefs. They are harassing you and are creating a hostile work environment. Go on the offensive and tell them that.

Edit: You do want to answer the question asking how you want to be acommodated. This part is a negotiation and can be interactive. You ask for what you want (ie no vax) and they can come back telling you that it's not safe bla bla bla. Then you can come back and tell them that if you're feeling sick you're willing to stay home. And so on.

Basically, if OP can get them to admit that it's the outcome that matters (not spreading disease), that there are multiple ways of achieving that and OP is simply crossing off one of many, and is (and has been) using the other approaches, like prevention.
