I don't see how that is enforceable. They're already at the limits of what is enforceable and much of the "mandates" across the west aren't even laws they're either emergency powers or institutions engaging in illegal practices.

My husband was already fired after these "unenforceable" mandates and having his legally protected religious rights mocked and disregarded when he requested an exemption.
