Same at the hospital my friends work at. However, two of them are refusing to sign any exemption and are waiting to see if they are terminated. The one who took the exemption is a medical assistant, and the two refusing are another medical assistant and someone who works in the laundry department (already understaffed by 4 open positions). It's literally now, or never to stand up and resist before this winter and the boosters in the spring.
