I'm not ashamed to say I've had to do this before. And it's gotten a lot harder to do. Stores and shopping centers seem to have less trash bins than they used to, and they are usually full. Apartment complexes often keep their trash areas locked up, and there are signs that it's for residents only.

I don't know, I think they're just fucked . They're getting their house sold out from under them due to tax liens. We figured if we just bought them the 3 months by then they would be bought out sold out whatever and they'd be gone.
