If shtf, the moisture and weather down there will ruin everything. The drier, cooler climates will fare better. Wood is everywhere. Things don't mold, rot, and rust. You don't stay moist and sticky all the time. Plus you're surrounded by niggers and mosquitos.

The only niggers in my area are workin at gas stations, I never see them in bars or restaurants, etc.
