There is legal immunity, and practical immunity. If these pharma companies will not be held to account for the crimes they have committed because either the enforcement branch of the government (which is defacto owned by the pharma companies anyway) will not prosecute them, or if the judicial system will not hold them to a fair trial. Then by all intents and purposes, they are immune from prosecution. At that point, they are just shoving the corruption in your face, but we're basically there now.

The plan, as far as I can tell, is to have it so that there is no one left to try them for crimes against humanity. A total global dictatorship. Last century, they tried to do it one country/area at a time, but that always left somewhere for people to flee to, somewhere to fight back. This time it's global and simultaneous. They are "pot committed" now, and therefore VERY dangerous. There is no turning back for them, it's either "victory" or they will all hang. Not sure which way it will go yet though.
