When government and the factors of production are under the same control, that is the classical definition of Fascism. This government is Fascist. And the only way to end Fascism is to drag politicians and industry leaders (and their mistresses) out of their comfortable homes and hang them from lamp posts with piano wire. It is known.

COVID-19 is too big to fail.

The fraud at this point is pervasive and distributed through the entire system. I think that the bullshit critical mass is achieved where even with facts it will be hard to win a conviction or lawsuit. You would have to allege something small, well-defined and impactful which could win on its merit, but the nature of the problem is its pervasiveness which passes through otherwise unconnected organizations.

I suspect that trying gamed results in a drug trial would lose. You could argue that the study design was bad but that was allowed and encouraged by the government.

I think there is merit here, and clearly damages, but how to get there is a complicated question.

Correct, Obama served big pharma, his 'reforms' greatly favored pharma and may have even been spurred on by big pharma. Here's the thing. They are immune to accidental injury or death. "We didn't know. Knew there were some risks but believed it safe. Government accepted liability." They are not sheltered for crimes against humanity. Knowingly killing people is in no way a legally protected act outside of warfare and self defense. No government or person can waiver this. Anyone claiming otherwise is a liar.

What they are doing legally qualifies as crimes against humanity. 'Simply following orders" or whatever still legally justifies arrest and execution, according to all legal standards of post WWII.

There is legal immunity, and practical immunity. If these pharma companies will not be held to account for the crimes they have committed because either the enforcement branch of the government (which is defacto owned by the pharma companies anyway) will not prosecute them, or if the judicial system will not hold them to a fair trial. Then by all intents and purposes, they are immune from prosecution. At that point, they are just shoving the corruption in your face, but we're basically there now.

The plan, as far as I can tell, is to have it so that there is no one left to try them for crimes against humanity. A total global dictatorship. Last century, they tried to do it one country/area at a time, but that always left somewhere for people to flee to, somewhere to fight back. This time it's global and simultaneous. They are "pot committed" now, and therefore VERY dangerous. There is no turning back for them, it's either "victory" or they will all hang. Not sure which way it will go yet though.

I hired a lawyer to help me submit a covid exemption.

She told me that there is payout for vaccine injury. If you know someone who is experiencing vax effects tell them to lawyer up and act quickly. There is an aggressive timeline for acting, which will prevent most from being eligible for compensation.

I got the impression that the payout was from the gov rather than the manufacturers. Really hope that it was the wrong impression!
