Ignoring the "Adamic vs non-adamic" idea, because there are no passages discussing what should be one of the main focuses of the texts (Non-adamic peoples), if the idea was true: The creationist view: The main Racial Groups can only come from the three Progenitors & their wives (their wives would be the main source of genetic divergence between offspring, like two races having shared Neanderthal DNA and the other not). The belief is that in the beginning there was only one progenitor pair for each Kind (like "Family" rather than "Genus") of creature, which had within it the capacity for a greater variety of offspring than creatures do now, the different species and subspecies arose through that variance, and then selection pressures or preferences weed out certain genetic expressions, which leads to specialisations. Hence why inbreeding wasn't an issue like it is now. With each generation there would have been alleles lost, so there is an entropy to it. There would have been a lot more variance/ divergence between Genera before the flood, and the humans and animals that were were spared would have still been rather close, in generations, to the original pair.

Genesis 9:18-29 summary - ““Cursed is Kena‛an, let him become a servant of servants to his brothers.” - Which brothers? It must be his own father, Ham, as well as Japheth & Shem, because 'uncovering the nakedness of the father' is a euphemism used to describe incest - Leviticus 18:12-14/ 20:11-17 - Shem & offspring is blessed above the other progenitors, Japheth & his offspring are blessed under him, Ham is left without blessing or curse.

It forms a definitive, divinely-outlined Racial Caste System according to the consequences of the progenitor's actions/ attitudes. And you have to ask if a Shemite and a Canaanite mix, will their offspring receive the curses or the blessings?
Racial groups are specialised/ selected towards certain traits and hybridising them just means that you lose the specialisation, so if one group specialises for intellect & social ability where as another specialises for athletic ability & fuel-efficiency, the offspring has neither specialisation, or much weaker expressions of each at least. There is also a conflict of breeding habits, k-selection vs r-selection can be partly applied to human behaviour.
