It's very simple. It's POS culture. Piece of Shit culture. A culture where you receive greater value from those around you if you communicate that you are a piece of shit. It's a shitty, trashy thing to do, so they do it.

All people lack some degree of manners. Nobody's is perfect. But most people, if they are trashy or uncouth it's not on purpose. In POS culture it is the opposite.

I'm convinced they could speak better English, by a bit, if they weren't trying to sound like morons. But they literally put their mental effort into sounding as much like a moron as they can.

I wish I had more time but if I did I would explain the group selection dynamics that drive it.

So I theorize that among all populations there were people more advanced and less advanced within that civilization or proto-civilization. Clearly the less advanced ones have an evolutionary disadvantage. But they still have an incentive to try to advance their genes and out compete the capable. The only way they can do this is by teaming up with other pieces of shit, attempting to tear down the capable, and invert society's sense of value. This creates a contest between the ubermench an untermench to define value in their society and thus program the nature of social selective pressure. In areas where you see people with this untermench culture, these are areas where the untermench won and now are the significant majority of that population. Then the pattern repeats at larger geographic scale.

I'm not saying African ubermench were ever particularly advanced when compared to us, but surely there had to be a distribution in its beginning, but given the evidence of genetic drive towards a POS culture we can see that the Africans that we see today are the descendants of the worst possible that an already sad lot had to offer. In essence the POS culture creates an anti-selection. They become perpetually dysgenic, while cultures that are advanced maintained eugenic factors, mainly social factors. We can see that the untermench are very successful in their game so we will have to see if we are uber enough to withstand their inversions while other ubers (relative to their population) have failed.

One key is to get rid of any POS culture that exists among ourselves. Ha ha, I drank too much. Aren't I proud of myself. Everyone else send me kudos and value me as a person because I'm a piece of shit who is irresponsible. Value inversion. We can't have it.
