If it were a crowd of people and a crowd of officers you'd have precisely that scenario.

No, you’d have a crowd of unarmed people getting mowed down by a bunch of guns

Not necessarily, especially if the crowd of people were much larger than the crowd of officers.

You’re gonna have a rough time convincing a crowd of unarmed people to attack a bunch of guys with guns. Like sure, if 200 people attack 20 officers, at least 100 will survive. But each individual person is going to look at it as there’s a 50% chance they are going to die.

It’s an equally unlikely scenario just for different reasons, and even if it ever does happen, it can only happen so many times before you aren’t dealing with 20 officers but thousands of soldiers. With much bigger and faster guns
