the standard I remember is Pyrimethamine, but scripted typically by name "Daraprim"
There are probably better drugs these years.
parasites are a huge problem... multicellular parasites are nasty and things that kill them can kill you, but single cell parasites like Toxoplasma gondii have some pharmacologic treatments
