Celiac disease/gluten sensitivity
Do you have more information about that? I've noticed that most of the people I know who are celiac are generally hypochondriacs. I get that our gut flora are being destroyed with antibiotics, vaccines, and GMO/processed, food but something about the whole "if I touch a stalk of wheat I will go into anaphylaxis" thing seems so weird to me.
I've known people that eat something and the next day have a reaction, not having realized it had wheat in it.
I unfortunately went through a few years of basically that. Had no idea what was making me so sick all the time. Was more than a little angry to figure out antibiotics had taken sandwiches from me.
