I saw the video of Stephen Colbert dancing with a bunch of terrible faggy actors dressed up like syringes, singing about getting vaccinated. It was so cringe that it was hard to reconcile with the time when Colbert was actually funny. Remember also that once upon a time Colbert was actually kind of politically on the money. Not quite Carlin but a decent second. This change was so stark that it reminded me of that time when Colbert had that bruise mysteriously under his eye. Just like so many other celebrities and Powerful politicians. Now he is just another leftist mouthpiece. Part of me wonders if maybe something was done. Transorbital lobotomy perhaps? Some have suggested that's it both causes the bruise under the eye and also can make one vulnerable to suggestion. Alternatively, it could be simpler than that. He could have just been "initiated". They could have dirt on him. Or I suppose he could have just drink the Kool-Aid. For me I think the worst one to consider is that he was always rabidly left. Like so many others they have to start off saying things that are correct in order to draw the audience in so that they can then slowly transition into leftist talking points. If they didn't do this then they would never have gained their right-wing audience to begin with. Call this is Fox News syndrome. Another way to put it is rat poison is 99% good food.
