They are born into it. whatever occult practices they engage in seems to be very effective for creating people of this sort. This is the main reason politics stands no chance at fixing the situation, and in fact I suspect that so called politics (or at least the version we have of it) is a literal creation of theirs meant to distract and divide us. we are not dealing with people who intend to engage with us in good faith to debate political topics; we are dealing with people who traffic in children and death and they have no intention of ever willfully relinquishing their position in the hierarchy.
