If you can request exemption from the vax you can also request exemption from the test If you have an approved exemption for the Vax, keep pushing, get out of testing & whatever else they want us to do.

Any exemption you claim other than "No. Because I don't want to and it's none of your goddamn business" will eventually be end-run.

This is the correct answer. The law does not require you to explain yourself. The more you say, the worse off you'll be.

If they ask you to explain what religion you are part of or whether you have ever been to a doctor, you can politely decline:

"Thank you for taking interest in my religious beliefs. However, my religious beliefs and practices are private and I do not wish to discuss them at this time."

Seems fair to me, but you know these fucktards. They are denying any exemption they can, but people i know have already been successful when making an ironclad case.

Isn't any medical procedure requires consent and person can refuse whatever he doesn't want to do? Because otherwise it will be violation of human rights.

Go online and get ordained, use your reverend status to claim anything you feel strongly towards or against as your religious views. Write a letter of conditional acceptance stating since vaccine manufacturers can't be held liable for damages done to you, they will assume all liability if they mandate the vaccine and force you to get it (no companies lawyer will allow them to agree to that) and just keep that written denial if they fire you, for court lawsuits and stuff. It's nice to say you had a conditional acceptance and you weren't flat out insubordinate. Sorry for the delayed edit.

If you mix this shit together with your religious exemption you're going to have a bad time. This is not the time to discuss liability, politics or statistics.

I agree that that these don't go good together right off the bat. But when they reject one, hit them with the other. Keep it in writing, a lot of these terminations will end up in court and saying "I submitted a conditional acceptance" instead of a flat insubordination will get you further in court.

was thinking about that, very nice. Looks cheap (~$35) & easy, not sure about the best program or if there is any difference, but this is one https://www.ulc.org/ Thanks

You have a Title VII religious exemption if the task conflicts with a sincerely held religious belief. Your beliefs don't have to be part of an organized religion nor do they have to be practiced consistently. You do not have to tell them the details of how and why your beliefs are in conflict. Them even asking that question could be grounds for a religious discrimination claim. The only time you might need to disclose more about your beliefs is if they ask you about acommodations. It's an interactive process where they ask you what you can do instead. For example, instead of testing and vaccines, they can ask you to wear a mask and keep six feet away from others.

Is wearing a mask and keeping six feet away from others something that conflicts with sincerely held religious beliefs? Only you know the answer.

The employer can refuse religious acommodation only if it places an undue burden on them. Or if you do something stupid like admit that it's not a sincerely held religious belief, or that it's a belief grounded in science or politics instead of religion.

Yep...seems like their plan is; if you are exempt from vaxxing u must test (weekly, daily etc) otherwise you are 'placing an undue burden on the company' who is being ordered to either test or vax all employees by the state.... They did a good job making it difficult to not comply & maintain the course.

Do i really need to explain why their jew poison being forced in our bodies for no reason except to do harm, and compliance with their non-sense wrong-think registry & phony PCR false positives to punish me and to be used against me for not complying...goes against my religion? It's fucking retarded.

are not required to get vaccinated against COVID-19 if they are entitled under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the (State you are in) Law Against Discrimination, or any other applicable law to a disability-related reasonable accommodation or a sincerely held religious belief accommodation to the requirements of this order. ...the request for an accommodation has been made and the document must include a statement regarding the way in which the requirements of this order conflict with the religious observance, practice, or belief of the individual.

The part you quoted is from WA state governor and applies to WA state only and is likely unlawful. Time, and court cases, will tell.

According to Genesis we are made in God's image that includes your face. Covering up your face is covering up God's image. According to Genesis God gave you the Breath of Life, tell them that no man shall take the breath of life away from you and any attempt to do so is clear a declaration of war. Also according to nature you are to breathe in order to stay alive and limiting your breath goes against natural law, common law, the Magnum Carta, the Nuremberg code and the American constitution.

Norse Paganism. There is no central dogma, and it is purely built upon your personal beliefs and how you communicate with the gods and nature.

Norse had no word for religion before Christianity invaded, it was just "the way".

[–] 0 pt

huh. No shit? cool

[–] 1 pt

There's lots of anecdotes of things Norse did, but it was mostly just what you and your family/ community made it. It's a very personal ideology that forces you to think for yourself.

It's an invasive medical procedure. Don't consent. You don't have to take any test. "But how about spit tests?" That's an even bigger joke. If your ph is acidic you can test positive. Just have nothing to do with clown world. Reject it all. You can. For some it's harder than others but you don't can do.

Pretty much all religious exemptions are being denied because the planned one world religion is Earthism. This is ALL Satanic. If anything, you'll get added to ANOTHER list. Look, why tf would you want to work for someone who doesn't respect you? Who thinks they can inject you with toxins? No job or anything else is worth your health.

[–] 0 pt

%100 with ya, it's rediculous to have to prove why you don't want to be killed or submit to Satanic monsters. Just trying to beat them at their own game until it's boog time

Anyone seen how the Christian Scientists feel about this. IIRC they are opposed to all medical interventions.

attend church regularly and get your pastor to sign the slip.
