Farm vet might be your best bet however they are more expensive. Sounds like you are going to have to put a muzzle on it so no one gets hurt whether they come to the house or you go to the office. But how do you know it needs antibiotics? If it is wound or something visible you may be able to send pics to a vet once you explain the situation. They may also be able to get you something to give it before the visit to sedate it. Good luck to you.
