Just put the asian in charge on a low, fixed budget and tell him that he is responsible for paying the nigger. Then offer him a profit sharing deal on anything he manages to get them to produce over and above the overhead costs. He'll fudge the numbers on you of course, and skim more than his fair share of the difference, but he'll make it work.
That's a very good idea. Which is why I'll need a white guy to oversee this whole jew hiding project.
