Too many kikes have destroyed to many people I know. "sister companies" started by some nephew / son in law...within 100 miles who then destroy a good union shop (or hell non-union shops too) by stealing the blueprints and industry "secrets" on how to do things the most efficient way possible. They start by stealing ideas , then talent, then finally they go after the large contracts. It takes about 3 years to turn a high efficent shop into a barebones scattered-shift, hell hole. Those shops never last more than 7 years and when they've left , they've pushed all of the large accounts to EU, Asia, or mexico. Again, the best thing you can do...if you're a machinist, is to protect your largest asset. Which is your knowledge of the machine and how it best performs/operates. Under absolutely no circumstances should you ever help (in anway) create a manual for your machine(s). Your company even asking you to help, should be a red flag that they're looking to replace you. If you allow them. If you HELP them, you deserve to have your job taken, given to some slave labor country and for you to go into financial ruin. Think harder, do better.
