Are you in the vax pressure cooker yet at work? I had to set some priorities, and would have liked to include: * I have a deadline and have to furnish evidence to keep my job * I have a deadline and do not have to furnish evidence to keep my job * I have already twisted off and told that cunt in HR to piss up a rope * My employer is based and will tell that cunt OSHA to piss up a rope * Fuck you! A thousand pardons for lack of unqualified, "Fuck you!" I do not intend to put words in your mouth and invite your prescient input below in the comments.

Fuck you. You are a data mining piece of garbage.
It's quiet... too quiet.
That cunt in HR said we're going to do it, but we don't know when or how.
I have a defined deadline to shoot that shit up to keep my job.
I requested an exemption from that cunt in HR and don't know what the fuck is happening now.
I had a deadline which I ignored and has passed. Nobody has done fuck-all about it.
Fuck You!

I feel you. I am trying to get ahead of this on the safety and health side. Maybe have some beers or a webex with the union safety units and start thinking this through using the industrial exposure control models. This is fruitful fucking ground I assure you. Look at some of my recent posts on how to approach this.

It is inarguable that the vax cannot be considered as a hazard control, and can be easily contested on these grounds. This leaves the company in two bad positions: 1) policy fuck you that is why 2) this did not prevent Norma's lost time occupational illness and you said it would. What is the exposure limit? Are you measuring it? Did you complete elimination, administrative, and engineering controls? Etc.

It will be a shitshow for management and they are just operating on easy mode and are about to get devoured by employees on one side and OSHA on the other. Add the union while you are at it.

Give them hell.
