That Marine has more integrity , balls , and honor than all the Joint Chiefs combined. Such a shame that an Officer that is actually worth a damn gets railroaded like this.

So would he have been better of resigning “effective immediately” so the military had no jurisdiction over him? IIRC, he stated in the letter he was resigning after he took his remaining leave or something
