Considering the death toll of COVID is largely non-existent on both fronts I'd suggest you look up general death toll stats then arbitrarily say that all of them died "with" the disease. Vaccine uptake, of course, has been far more by European stock than their distant cousins from over the equator. As African Americans more frequently lack employment by which to pressure them, in the name of racial equality vaccination should be made mandatory for food stamps or offer a free voucher to a fast food restaurant of their choice. If that doesn't happen of course, there's your answer.
