The left is slowly being transformed into corporate pets. First it was the banks, the left had Occupy Wallstreet, a few years later they are dancing on the JP Morgan gay pride parade float. Years ago they hated big pharma and told everyone pharma wanted everyone sick so they could make more money. Now they are begging for an experimental vaccine using technology developed since the 90s that has never worked out. And Pfizer is even giving them hints like "you may need a yearly shot", which is Pfizer's dream, expensive mRNA vaccines given to everyone every year and the government pays for it. And they not only defend it, but they beg for it.
In the Bush Era, the liberals were rebels, but they are being transformed into being good units for corporations to exploit.
Seems like the Machine can co-opt either side of the political spectrum at will to advance the agenda.
That's why I got off that ship at port Trump. Romney was a corpo liquidator/outsourcer POS, McCain was an even worse war pig than Bush, both turned out to be RINO trash. I guess. They were still soy fags whining about underprivilege while drinking their lattes. The corps that were perceived to benefit from the warmongering weren't "their corps" at that point. The biggest company in the world was Exxon Mobil, from an industry which has always been at odds with the left. They didn't have Google and Uber kissing SJW ass, much less Coca Cola. Big Pharma was the enemy only because they were oppressing muh cannabis. I agree about capture. I'm not sure who converted whom.
