The company I work for hasn't done anything yet, but the statement they put out right after Idiot In Charge's initial statement was interesting.
It was wishy-washy, but suggested they didn't feel his no exemption policy (at the time) was right, and that's not how it would be interpreted. I think the company also knows we have a generally older workforce with "You're the only person in the world that knows this particular thing" people, and they would simply retire and vanish if forced to get the injections.
