Here’s the thing. Your workplace cannot go through your medical records. All They can do is take you at your word really. So if you feel like you can’t leave your job just go online and order some cards and fill Them out yourself. Now show me your dick

I ignore all medical related items from my employer. It doesn’t apply to me because I’m an American. Not a corporate owned and it’s not in my contract for employment. If they wish to renew my employment contract they have a right to try to do so, but if it includes their over reach into my medical privacy, I will decline and or seek reparations

The company I work for hasn't done anything yet, but the statement they put out right after Idiot In Charge's initial statement was interesting.

It was wishy-washy, but suggested they didn't feel his no exemption policy (at the time) was right, and that's not how it would be interpreted. I think the company also knows we have a generally older workforce with "You're the only person in the world that knows this particular thing" people, and they would simply retire and vanish if forced to get the injections.

Yep. My hospital system granted all of them. 800 employees and 200 physicians.

My company requires proof of vax, or negative tests. Religious exemption wouldn't make any difference, as they would say I still need a negative test. If it comes down to no vax, no job, then I will quit.
