Not really keen on paying off the national debt, considering how much money the government wastes. Looking at South America Costa Rica and Uruguay seem nice but consideration is always shit might go down since South and Central America are CIA and etc stomping grounds. Thailand seems nice but would only want to go if there is a big expat community because the language is so different. No real idea about other areas.

If you and your family are native to a country that sucks then it's your fault it sucks. Don't move somewhere and fuck up their country. Shithole countries exist because of the people who live there.
