Too much electricity around you can be bad for you (in my opinion, I'm not sure anyone knows for sure). There is something called Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS). Maybe it's psychosomatic. If you're asking about it then it's on your mind and you should take mitigating actions.

If people understood the inverse square law and quantum mechanics there would be a lot less concern for things like electromagnetic radiation. I don't know what people who claim to be sensitive to EM radiation do with themselves given the fact that light is EM radiation. Do they get sick in the sun, or when a candle is lit? If not, then their symptoms aren't caused by EM radiation.
