Instead of social security you give incentives to younger family members or older to house and support their Older relatives..

Totally get rid of social security completely.

  1. Give big tax breaks to younger people who house their elderly relatives
  2. Give super low intrest loans to them to build garage apartments or add a room
  3. Help them pay for nursing help
  4. Socicial security money could be used to help pay for nursing and doctor visits

I'm open to suggestions
