Underground. The elite plan is to hunker down in huge underground bunkers (already built around the world) while the majority humans are killed off via plagues and war. Afterwards, they slither out and fight among themselves for the burned out remains. Note that only elites get to bunker down - basic jews will burn with the rest of the goyim. It would really, seriously throw a wrench into their plans if their hidey-holes were destroyed.
