- I move trucks for 1.50 a mile as a side gig and gamble on the way to drop them off been some what successful in the gambling play ultimate Texas holder holder craps some other table games if it's going well
- Bought a 6500 sq foot warehouse in Central San antonio a year or so ago maybe one and half am turning it into condos 4 units or 2 units and sell the side with taller ceilings.. will make between 300k and 450k off this project
- Turned my tri plex with a garage apartment into condos sold on unit and have 2 more on the market this will get me debt free and passive income when done
- Am going to run a basketball league called mpl mini pro league. Quick break down. People pay 100 dollars to enter. We have open gym for 3 hours then captains are selected you draft your team 60 or 70 percent goes as prize money to the team that wins. This eliminates teams with ringers and allows any age to participate teams should be equal and people get a chance to feel like a pro<<< small time gonna look for local sponsors as well
- Have a white woman who wants kids but she been divorced and doesn't want to get married so hey at 46 good enough for me hopefully 2 white kids in the near future
- I'm also turning her house from a 2/1 in to a 3/2.5 so she will make about 50k on her house
- I bought a salvage title dodge challenger for 10.5k put 7 into it gonna try to sell for 22k I painted it 2 tone bottom half being truck bedliner it looks awesome mad max styling a little
- In a year I'm going to start taking kids to basketball camps over seas. Charge kids with money about 5 k for 10 day trip overseas probably Iceland I have connections there and going to offer kids with out money ways to raise the money and probably take one for free who deserves it.
- I'm open to other ideas if ya have a good one. 15 finally I'm going to convert old jeep cherokee sports into open top beach trucks and use tarus a rental app to let people rent them for about 125 a day.. should be no employees build them and leave them at hotels who then can rent them to people staying their at a discount for allowing me to park them there.

Well done! Were the housing conversions the first you had done? Did you do the interior finishing like flooring and kitchen cabinets or hire someone?

I used to do alot of the work now 80% I hire out. But if your new to it live learn educate your self as you go and as you build a bank account hire out the work make less money per job but get more jobs spend time looking for deals
