Personally its about pensions..pensiosnare not yearly pay. They are commitment to pay you after you stop working. I think they have slay been deisgned as a rip off to give huge money pipes to wall street to steal from however even if you assume their ourosie is genuine it is wrong. People are supposed to save money from their salaries to retire. That's how it is supposed to work.
