When I took an college entrance exam. I went to one of the departments to find out what my actual score was as I was only given "NP" for my grade and the people present in the office did everything to obfuscate on the matter. No other office would assist me until a Latin woman working from another office got in touch with the department on my behalf. They told her that while they couldn't tell me my grade, but that I had missed the minimum passing score by four points. I was so angry with the mind f_ck they'd put me through to know just that, I withdrew from my classes and dis-enrolled from the college within the hour and never went back.
