Absolutely they are. It will be difficult for American men to marry these women because they expect their men to behave according to their traditions. You need to find out how the women like to be treated. It's very different than American women.
For example: you must dress well, have European manners (eat with a fork in your left hand), treat women like the princesses they are, buy flowers, open door for them and so on. It's a lot to learn and you will enjoy them because they will treat you well in return.
