I have personal experience. 1st, yes... you should eat with the fork in your left hand. They will notice. Not necessarily in private, but definitely in front of their family. They care a lot more about nice shoes, too, and I'm not talking about the latest Nike sneakers. The Baltic states are great for finding decent women. Very cheap to live, too, if you're on telework.
