Tyr's day Woden's day/Odin's day Thor's day Freya's day
I've read that Friday was for Frigg, rather than Freya. Which makes more sense since she has higher standing in the Germanic pantheon. Seems to be a lot of confusion between those two being used interchangeably in various sources though, in what limited pieces have survived.
Just to add on..
Monday = moons day Saturday = Saturn's day (6th day, 6th planet) Sunday = obvious
Monday = moons day Saturday = Saturn's day (6th day, 6th planet) Sunday = obvious
Tuesday (Tiw's day) Wednesday (Woden's day) Thursday (Thor's day) Friday (Freya's day)
Don't let the commies change the names of the days of the week, they already have Saturday.
Sunday = Jupiter day?
Maybe not obvious for some.
