They wouldn't fall into any of the required groups unless they happen to work at a larger company (like a large dairy or something). Because of this they wouldn't need any special exemption. Starting a new religious group is probably a way out, but we know what the ATF thinks about those. I guess it depends if the current situation consolidates more power in the federal government or in the states.
