Not all drivers. Not even most. But the BAD drivers that aren't really crazy or driving aggressive but are just driving like... like NPCs would, are far far more common? For example I've noticed quite frequently a driver who drives as though they have ZERO foresight and can't plan what they're going to do or predict what may happen and drive with anticipation. It's really odd.
