It certainly sounds like they are dispensing unsolicited medical advice to the public even though they are not licensed physicians. Time to call them out on this and bring some lawsuits against them. You or I would get in deep legal trouble for dispensing medical advice without a license so we need to make some noise on this.

i was thinking that they were in violation of drug advertising laws forcing them to list the side effects every ad.

The celebrities never even mention them.

That is clearly illegal
