Not if you have your own car but if you use commercial services they will certainly try. I'm curious to see if insurance companies will require vaccination, even for auto insurance. Might see a lot of new bike riders going around. I don't think this will pass constitutional muster seeing if they deny interstate travel or use of roads even by private owners, that is punishment against a specific group and the punishment doesn't stop or slow the spread of the made up disease.
