Exactly my point. If this was, by definition, a true pandemic, there would be bodies all over the place in and around hospitals and homeless shelters.

The death-rate hasn't changed, or else they'd point that out. Like with the Jewish population of Europe before and after WWII, the facts won't get in the way of a good TV-show.
