I firmly believe that women who are on these dating sites and apps are on them for a reason. There's almost always a defect. My excuse is that I spent my 20s as a truck driver and you can't really date working that job. Never met an attractive female driver.

Every time I tried the online dating thing, I was always disappointed. Chicks rarely if ever look like they do in their pics, most of them just seem to fuck off on their phone all day, and most of them are unreliable as fuck.

That said, I definitely have my best luck with widows and maybe surprisingly 20-something loser-type women that are basically just keeping themselves afloat until the right/wrong dude comes around.

Try the app meetup. You can go on hikes and other outdoor activities with new groups and meet girls. Its a stress free way to meet new chicks, since youre out in a group of people doing an activity instead of some grungy bar while drunk. If you are even decently good looking and capable of socializing you will absolutely kill it with chicks that go to these things because they are usually single and outdoorsy.

What hobbies do you have that you want your future wife to also have? Where would someone who has those hobbies be? Find forums for that and try to find gatherings in your area.

Just talking to someone the other day in an unhappy marriage; he complained that he was sold a false bill of goods on many accounts. For example: The Mrs claimed to love to camp, he never actually went camping with her until after the marriage and she flipped out when she realized there was no RV involved. Not such an outdoor woman after all.

Marriages are hard even when you have a lot in common. Dont be that guy who marries because you have connecting parts and seem to have similar ideals. Need more than that to make the road a little easier to travel. Also, I highly recommend similar theology; although that is always subject to change the general values usually remain.
