Seriously, i just talked to my one friend who'se paying 30,000 for the venue alone. When i got married, the most expensive part was the wedding cake, and even then, my wife and i felt guilty that my mom paid so much for it. I think the total wedding cost for our home wedding was a whomping 800 bucks. It just blows my mind people spend so much for formalizing what is a piece of paper

For all the BS about feminism, women still salivate at the idea of a wedding where they become the pampered red-carpet superstar of a small theater production. Why settle for just once in a lifetime when you can do it every few years?
