This. All anyone has to do is look at previous communist regimes. They all had a central state police that replaced local enforcement. If one was a cop, he was sent to a different part of the country, or in the case of the former Soviet Union, sometimes to other countries in order that personal loyalties were kept to a minimum. That's a base pillar of communism. NOTHING can compete with the state for loyalty. Not God, not your family, not your ancestors, not your neighborhood, not your sports team, not your race. Once you realize this, a lot of what's going on in the culture war makes sense.
This is why its very important to start building out intel networks to put the word out when unrecognized folks are rolling through and to have ways of vetting folks you meet.
We are going to have to make it painful for these folks to come into our communities.

They don't want the cops gone. They only want the current cops gone. They want to replace the cops with themselves. They want to be the cops. They want to be in charge, with a badge and a gun and the power to enforce as they see fit.
What they don't understand is that the cops aren't really there to protect the citizens from the criminals. They are there to protect the criminals from outraged citizens. If you read the fiches of the newspapers from the time, other than the occasional drunken cowboys shooting each other, Dodge City was actually a pretty peaceful town. Because if you became a big enough pain in the ass, the citizens wouldn't hesitate to just shoot you or hang you. Job done.
These were still local cops, paid by the local criminals. The globalists want displaced cops that work somewhere where they don't care about the locals, maybe even don't speak their language.
