This. All anyone has to do is look at previous communist regimes. They all had a central state police that replaced local enforcement. If one was a cop, he was sent to a different part of the country, or in the case of the former Soviet Union, sometimes to other countries in order that personal loyalties were kept to a minimum. In this case, once the U.N. gets their way, we will all have foreigners as our police.

That's a base pillar of communism. NOTHING can compete with the state for loyalty. Not God, not your family, not your ancestors, not your neighborhood, not your sports team, not your race. Once you realize this, a lot of what's going on in the culture war makes sense.
