I'm having the same dilemma. They want to keep the vaxxed obedient NPCs, and if they sterilize them with the vax that's also okay because they still don't need this many NPCs long term. But those that refuse the shot are 100% discard bin livestock at this point. As for Israel, like others have said, most Jews are just house niggers and serve the same function. In the eyes of the Zionists they're still just cattle like the rest of us. They've divided us into very clear groups. We used to worry that they'd watch our online behavior and then put us on lists... Turns out they figured out a much more practical solution where we divide ourselves along complete polar lines. I still think using a virus to kill off those who didn't take the vax is too risky and it's why they didn't create a real virus to begin with. Too much can go wrong, it can mutate into a nothing burger or into something they lose control of. To be frank, the tactics of previous genocides works just fine even today. You just need to divide people. My guess is that it will be the vaxxed going door to door to round up the rest of us like the Bolsheviks did in Russia. But if the vaxx really does sterilize, then my guess is they'll need to mobilize their Bolshevik army before it becomes brutally obvious why people are suddenly sterile.
