I'm no medical expert but this seems like common sense in that the same principles should apply.

Surly "the experts" must know this, so they're intentionally trying to create super bugs to kill as many people as they can.

It's a good thing our society always holds people accountable and punishes them to the full extent of the law...

Yes, they are creating drug resistant strains. Equally, gain-of-function makes the threat more communicable to other species which is very dangerous.
