I enjoy reading but don’t want to read woke stuff. I’ve read “ Mine were of trouble” about a Nationalist fighting against the commies in the Spanish civil war. “Storm of Steel” about a WW1 German soldier. Currently reading “Blood Red Snow” about a German soldier on the Eastern Front. All those are nonfiction. I plan to read Cross of Iron, Imperium, and The Outlaws next. Also want to try to add some nonfiction and philosophy and pretty much everything. I want knowledge and wisdom, and want to be so well versed I can pass it on to my future kids. What books do you recommend? And genre, fiction or nonfiction. Also, do you prefer print books or ebooks? Knowledge is the one thing no one can take away.
