Relax, man. I do think for myself, but I wanted some outside feedback to sort through.
By taking the time to make a post, you show that you don't trust yourself, that you require the herd's confirmation. Men who know themselves don't seek confirmation from others, they trust their intuition, their own reasoning based on the personal results they see happening via action. You don't think for yourself.

Seems clear I've touched a nerve because what I'm saying is true. You posted to see if the people here, whose words you find trustworthy, would confirm the bias you were seeking on Alan Watts. The sad thing is, even if you liked his words and found them insightful, you were prepared to give him up completely and disregard his words if you found a total negative reaction by us was given to your post. Hate to say it, but that is the opposite of thinking for yourself. That is herd mentality.
