If you listen to what he says it does sound enticing, but overall I feel its a trap to get you to do nothing.

I was feeling that same way. The Communists purposefully helped introduce yoga and other Eastern philosophies to spoiled middle-class kids in America to undermine the values of the country and make them chase after rainbows and shit.
