A guy the same age as her wouldn't be able to financially support a family so that wouldn't even have the potential of going well. There's nothing predatory about wanting a fertile wife.
Did you read what he said, how he worded it? And a guy her age could absolutely support her with the right career path. Oilfield and pipeline guys make great money and some of them haven't even graduated high-school.
I mean ... most women my age have severe critical flaws, either being divorced, kids from another relationship, or they are plain rude and have no manners. Plus in a church, there is a informal rule to date within the church. I did ask a fellow church member, and they said to just talk to her parents.
As long as your intentions are good then it's fine. You have zero right to go behind her parents backs or to have sex with her before marriage though. Now if she wasn't a virgin none of those rules apply, but don't be the guy that ruins a good girl.
Great, but there aren't enough teenage oilfield workers for all the eligible women. Fertile women than young men with high paying jobs so they can either waste the years they should be having kids or they can get with a guy 10-15 years older than them.
I had kids with a guy my age, most of the women I know are married to men within a 5 year age range of themselves. I get that a lot of men want younger women so they can start families. It's just that younger women who want to start families are doing that with men their age. When I was 20 a 35 year old man seemed ancient, boring, tired, and grumpy. And I had my first kid at 21 with a guy my age.
Exactly.
