Good for you. Too much coffee really brings out my shakes. Does it get better?

I get jittery and my stomach gets sour.

My problem with alcohol isn't so much excess as it was dysfunction regarding WHEN and WHY I drink, so I didn't wreck my body too badly....

For me my issue was drinking when I was emotionally compromised. As long as I was already in a good mood, I could drink in excess and be fine and responsible. The temptation is there when depression or other emotions trigger that reaction. Find out why your mind takes you there and change your behaviors.

Just go decaffeinated then after the morning ones decaffeinated the rest of the day.

nonalcoholic brews, that's just nasty. I drink decaffe now but not by want but because caffiene is painful for me in high quantities. Just drink water all day like I do at work.
